Queries on Custom Form data

Ok after reading what I put here it didn't make much sense so I'll start over.  I am in the middle of creating a site using orchard 1.4.  I have created a form using the CustomForms model that collects user submitted data in 4 fields. Name, comment, email address, and a checkbox for the posting agreement.

I have a query that gets form submissions out of the database to be displayed on the front end of the site. This works if all I wanted to do was display the data in a structured format that the query wizard gives out.  But unfortunately I don't.

What I need to do is a check to see if the boolean field is true, then display the email address in a custom link with a bit of text before it.

In my view I have got

@using Orchard.Utility.Extensions;
    if (Model.Title != null) {
        Layout.Title = Model.Title;

I know that Model.Content contains the data in it I need, but I don't know quite how to get to it.  I have tried to use the shape tracer an standard debugging in VS, but to no avail, and I don't know what I'm missing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
