License LGPL or BSD?

On http://orchard.codeplex.com/license the license of Orchard is BSD but in Orchard.Web.1.4.2.zip/LICENSE.txt the license is GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE, Version 2.1, February 1999 !?

So I think the deployment includes the wrong license file !?

mmh, no, it's BSD everywhere.

Ok. Good to have a confirmation that Orchard is BSD.

I've also double checked and re-downloaded Orchard.Web.1.4.2.zip from http://orchard.codeplex.com/releases/view/87538 and Orchard/License.txt is still showing as LGPL.

Yes, I did that too, and I see BSD. What makes you think it's LGPL?

The license of Orchard.Source.1.4.2.zip is ok, but the license.txt of Orchard.Web.1.4.2.zip starts with

    GNU LESSER GENERAL PUBLIC LICENSE
         Version 2.1, February 1999

and I've just downloaded and unpacked Orchard.Web.1.4.2.zip on another PC (just to ensure that it's no strange caching issue) and license.txt is still LGPL. I've recognized this problem after running clicktobuild.cmd on my dev system when I inspected the result I also found the LGPL and to my surprise also the download of Orchard.Web.1.4.2.zip from codeplex shows (at least to me) the LGPL. Strange that you get a different license.txt file.

I've also just verified 1.5RC2 Orchard.Web.zip and that file shows also the same LGPL ...

I don't see it either ;) I did download the web version ... weird. Can you do a video ;)

Ok - my fault (or IZArc). It's BSD and I need another unpacker. Crazy.

Wow, that thing injects a LGPL license file into whatever it unpacks? Crazy (and potentially illegal).
