I have installed the Lync client as you told me but unfortunately i receive a error when i click the link: https://join.microsoft.com/meet/sebros/TWFQ3LYH

This operation could not be completed because you are not signed in to Ms Lync 2010 Attendant. Sign in to MS lync 2010 Attendant and try again.

How can i register/sign in to Lync?

You should be able to join as a guest if you really downloaded just the client.

The Attendee is the one you need, I downloaded it from cnet, here is a link for the 64-bit version.
When you open the link, the client application will start and then you can join as a guest.
