on shared modules and dynamic compilation

I would like to have a module Orchard.MyUtilities that will contain methods that i wish to call from other custom modules.

The reason i wish for it to be a module is to take advantage of dynamic compilation , changing the code file and instantly Orchard compiling it with changes.

Other modules i create  I wish to reference this generic utilties module so i can call on its methods.

What approaches would you recommend to do this? Any pointers you can give me?

I was thinking of reflection but where does orchard place the compiled assembly?

Does Orchard load the custom module types in some global cache where i can access them ?

I've read the article on dynamic compilation but i dont find any Orchard.MyUtilities.dll in the bin or dependecies folder of the web project.

mmh, yeah. Just do it. Projects can reference one another. Reference the project, not its compiled dll. I'm not sure what the problem is here.
