No Style.Require in Tag Cloud?

I noticed the tag cloud feature of the "Vandelay Industries" module provides sample CSS that administrators can use to have the tag cloud render appropriately.  But consider the template for the tag cloud (~/Modules/Vandelay.Industries/Views/Parts/TagCloud.cshtml). Why did that template not simply declare Style.Require("Vandelay.TagCloud")?  The module could then have supplied the CSS snippet auto-magically.

Because I don't like to force multiple css in the front-end. I prefer to give instructions on how to add to your existing css. I would agree that it's not such a big deal now that there is a css combination module but not everyone is using that. I could also make it an option. If someone wants to send me a pull request for such a setting, I'll take it.
