Anyone seen this error before? Am seeing it appear on new container content types when rendering the site, but not in the dashboard!!

I'm thinking you may have a Frankenstein-style install, with modules of different versions than Orchard itself. But the first thing you might want to try is to delete the mappings files in your app_data.

The problem is that the UpgradeTo14 module does not have Title module listed in its dependencies so if you upgrade and you do not have the Title module enabled then the upgrade leaves all your existing content without titles.

So make sure you enable the Title module before you use Migrate to 1.4 to upgrade.
