Whenever I try to save any page I am getting a 500 error. I have all the fields filled in.

I turned on error display in IIS and noticed the following line below is the error.

I am wondering if it is actually trying to insert ? for the values or if that's a security feature to hide what is actually being inserted? If it actually is trying to insert question marks, does anyone know why?

[GenericADOException: could not insert: [Orchard.ContentManagement.Records.ContentItemVersionRecord][SQL: INSERT INTO phgolf__Orchard_Framework_ContentItemVersionRecord (Number, Published, Latest, Data, ContentItemRecord_id) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?); select SCOPE_IDENTITY()]]

No, question marks are placeholders for parameters. That's not the issue. Is this a vanilla install?
