How can I include paging control that is included in dashboard in blogpost?

Do you mean the next/previous the Blog Summary uses when it has more blog items than you set in the "number to show"?  Do you also mean the dashboard as in the dashboard module in the admin when you login?

If so, in just recently looking at the dashboard module myself, its not setup anything like you describe.  It's a bunch of DIV sections with CSS.  The best way might be some jquery as what you are talking about I believe is fairly big undertaking.  How many items do you have on your dashboard?

I am talking about the 1 2...10 paging control available in blogposts and list.I know about next/previous control bu tI want same paging control to use it for my blogposts on website.Can I do that by jquery?

It's just a matter of overriding the template for that shape.

No, the pager template, not the blog post template.
