I try to create a module with Vs2010 folowing this step, but VS don't abilitate MVC features and Razor syntax.

What is the good method to do?

That's because adding support for those would break the module for the people who don't have those features installed. If you don't care about that, you can add the required project type GUIDs in the project file by comparing it with another project file that has them.

Is there a guide or is it possible to add vs2010 support in codegen?

codegen is just commands. You can look at the code for the existing commands and create your own modified version.
