Unless the module that added those links exposed permissions defining whether they should be displayed or not, you can't. Unless you go in and modify those modules of course.

Is it possible to hide menu tabs ?

In themes / we have different tabs like: Installed / Gallery (Can I hide "Gallery" tab ? )

Same with module / can I hide "Gallery" tab ?

You can disable the gallery feature, that should make them go away.

Maybe your real issue is that you should not use a user with the Administrator role on it ?

I am helping my friend with the website so I want to disable the stuff that he will not be using. By disabling he won't be confuse or install any unnecessary thing by mistake.

How to disable the gallery feature ?

I agree with Sebastien, your approach to the problem is wrong. What you have to understand is the Users and Roles facility within Orchard.
