Twitter Widget - strange issue

Yesterday I installed the Twitter widget by Wygwam on my site and added it to the Tripel1 zone for my homepage layer only. Works great! I also have the Profile module installed and happened to click on my profile today and noticed that an unconfigured Twitter widget is displaying on my profile page.

Of course the logical thing to check was the User content type and the Profile content part to make sure the widget hadn't somehow added itself to either one of these...it hasn't. Which has now left me scratching my head to figure out why it's displaying on my Profile page.

Anyone have any ideas on where I could look to troubleshoot this?

Did you try to contact the author of the module through the gallery?

No...that was my next step if it wasn't something obvious that someone knew about.

Out of curiosity, do you know if most people putting Twitter feeds on their site use a Module or just throw the Javascript in an HTML Widget?

I don't know. I use a different module that fetches the feed server side and caches it.

Bertrand,

Would you share which module you use?

Thanks,
