Removing Content Header Text?

Is there a way to remove the header text from the Content pane? I've tried giving it no title when I'm in the dashboard but it says a title is required, it doesn't really fit with the site I'm building to have it there. Is there a way to remove this?

Thanks

My Placement file looks like this:

<Placement>
  <!-- Customize where the shapes are rendered -->

  <!--
  <Place Parts_Blogs_BlogArchives="Content:before"/>
  <Place Parts_Blogs_RecentBlogPosts="Content:after"/>
  <Match ContentType="Blog">
    <Match DisplayType="Summary">
      <Place Parts_Blogs_Blog_Description="Content:before"
             Parts_Blogs_Blog_BlogPostCount="Meta:3"/>
    </Match>
  </Match>
  <Match Path="/About">
    <Place Parts_Common_Metadata="-"/>
  </Match>
-->
</Placement>

But I am still getting the Content Pane's title showing up, if you could provide any further assistance it would be great :), thx!

To suppress a shape, send it to "-".

Thanks, was able to get rid of the metadata with the "-" but the title is being stubborn lol, I may just play around with it and integrate it into the look of the site, thanks again!

You might want to use shape tracing to see why title resists. It should be super easy to remove.
