It's like this. I two css-files that are based on the same theme, only different colors and background-images. I want my visitors to be able to choose what css-style to use. Simply a drop-down menu on the site white the style-names would be great. Is it possible, and if, how? Excuse me if this is an easy thing and I am just stupid!

So I have a found a javascript for the issue. However I need to be able to change

<link href="/Themes/TheThemeMachine/Styles/Site.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />

into

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" title="Red"
    href="Themes/TheThemeMachine/Styles/Site.css">
<link rel="alternate stylesheet" type="text/css" title="Blue"
    href="Themes/TheThemeMachine/Styles/Site2.css">

Of what I can understand this is generated by server side scripts. So how can I edit it?

I Solved it myself. As TheThemeMachine was missing a Document.cshtml file I copied it from another theme and then I could do the changes in head I wanted to.
