From the build notes in lib:

== nhibernate ==

https://nhibernate.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/nhibernate/branches/2.1.x/nhibernate
at revision #4966
applied perf-embedded-serializer-and-compiled-schema-reuse.patch
nant -t:net-3.5 -D:project.config=release

Yes, that will get you to something close to what we have with, I believe, the single exception for the perf fix available under lib/fluent.

The whole process (from scratch) would be:

Git clone from fluent repository:

git://github.com/jagregory/fluent-nhibernate.git

update to changelist:

Commit:5a74d5db95f33fac1633a9c1d26e6fe62af0abbb

* Upgraded to NHibernate 2.1.2.4000 GA

Apply the patches that exist in the Orchard/Lib/Fluentnhibernate folder

Compile with AllowPartiallyTrustedCallers option defined.

And you're ready to go :)
