Problem with session after uploading

I've downloaded the Orchard.Web.1.0.20.zip file and installed it on my local IIS, customized a little bit and then uploaded to my host and changed permission like the Orchard documentation. When I use the local version I've no problem at all but in the Hosted version when I log in using my Admin account, it seems that it seasion expires after 1 minute. I have to log in again, and during the editing I get the following IIS error.

You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Does anybody knows what the problem is?

Welcome to my world, brother :) I'm trying to deploy to third host, and they all have different issues. One was exactly like yours. Turned out, host automatically reloaded app pool if it went over 100MB, loosing session state. Crazy as it sounds, adding machine key to web.config fixed that. Another solution would be change session state to SQL server.
