Display nav above header, how-to for placement.info?

Hello! Newbie here, to the forum and Orchard so apologies in advance for any gaffes.

So I'm starting to edit a theme based on ThemeMachine and I want to display the main nav menu at the very top of the page, above the header instead of below it. I'm getting the gist that placement.info is where I want to define that. So how do I write it? I don't know the syntax... <Placement> <Match= "stuff...." > or <Place= "stuff...." ></Placement> - that's about where I'm at. Need to know what to put in place of "stuff....". Is there a reference or some examples somewhere of basic syntax/usage?

thanks a bunch!

Actually placement.info is for the shapes inside the content item at this point. For the moment your best bet is probably to move the whole zone around. I suppose the menu should really be a widget.

Wow, that was fast! And that worked, thanks very much :)
