HTTP Error 500.21 after setting up in IIS 7.5

Hi there.

I have have created a new Web Site in IIS 7.5, mapping to the folder containing my Orchard source (the folder is on DropBox if that makes any difference) - but when trying to access the site, I get :

HTTP Error 500.21 - Internal Server Error

Handler "NotFound" has a bad module "ManagedPipelineHandler" in its module list

Module IIS Web Core
Notification ExecuteRequestHandler
Handler NotFound
Error Code 0x8007000d

Requested URL http://localhost:666/
Physical Path xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Logon Method Anonymous
Logon User Anonymous

I'm not very experienced in setting up IIS - anyone have an idea of what I'm doing wrong here?

I'm running the site debugging the project from VS 2010 no problem.. (and loving the CMS so far :) )

Thanks a lot :)

That helped! Needed to set the application pool to run as Network Service after receiving the error message:

"Failed to generate a user instance of SQL Server due to failure in retrieving the user's local application data path. Please make sure the user has a local user profile on the computer. The connection will be closed" afterwards.

But now it's running smooth :)
