http 403 forbidden

Hi, I have just installed the latest build on a windows xp laptop using the web platform installer. Everything seems to install, however when I click on the link to go to the site I get a http 403 forbidden. If I check the IIS log files I get the following 2 lines which suggest the app is issuing a redirect, but is not working.

21:20:42 127.0.0.1 GET /orchard/ 302
21:20:42 127.0.0.1 GET /orchard/ 403

Any ideas on what I could check.

ACL on that directory maybe?

Anything specific required. I have a everyone full permissions, and the asp.net user account also has full permissions on the orchard folder under inetpub/wwwroot folder.

I got the same error myself last night.  All the ACL was correct.  I just created a new web site and pointed the root directory to c:\inetpub\wwwroot\orchard instead of it sitting there as a sub-directory.  I used the same version of .NET, the same app pool, everything that the virtual directory used.  It seems that Web PI 3.0 just does not configure the virtual directory right (wildcard mapping???) nor does it install MVC 3.0.  All this on Server 2003.
